Like many of our services, photography is one in which we excel; we have been doing it for over 20 years and are specialists in what we do.

In order to grow and develop your business, making the first right impression is paramount. In today’s climate, where people can dismiss you in seconds and move on to the next provider, it’s critical that your image display is the very best; after all, you are in business to make business.  You need to stand out from the crowd!

There’s a time and a place for all sorts of photography, but you wouldn’t want to mix them up: there’s no point trying to take holiday snaps of the service or product you’re trying to sell or promote. Having worked in the design and marketing industry, we know what customers want and we know how to present it to them.

So, if the photos of your holiday let don’t do it the justice it deserves, or your trade needs a professional, look then here at the Dagoba we can provide you the portfolio of images for all your needs. Whether it’s full interior or exterior photos, or to capture the locality for tourism, or a straight product shoot to demonstrate your skill, we will make it sparkle.

Our emphasis is towards creativity and the ability to capture and portray mood, rather than straight recorded photography. We are able to sell the potential through the photography we take.

Although now working exclusively in digital format, our roots stem from the days of 35mm film cameras, so we know our salt and how to set our cameras up for purpose, and not waste film! We use high-end professional equipment, so you get a bank of high grade images to showcase your services on your PR material, your website, business stationary etc – and full licence to keep your images and use them as you require.

There’s a huge difference between good, bad and okay photography; partly down to having the right equipment for the job in hand, but mostly, it’s about having the natural aptitude to know what makes a good image, how to frame it and capture the mood.

Good photography should capture the very best of what scene can offer, so if you ask a professional photographer to photograph a holiday let interior, you are going to get an amazing set of images. Do it yourself, with your point and shoot and you will get point and shoot shots, which will look like you’ve done it yourself – not necessarily capturing the mood or promoting your business to its best advantage.

Take a look here at what we mean with some‘not so good’ examples. Regardless wether the rooms are to your taste or not, they don’t present the room well at all for many reasons and this really makes the difference on having that room occupied or empty!  It wouldn’t take much for us to re-shoot these images and dramatically increase the appeal and attraction and therefore increase the chances of a increased occupancy.
